Platinum #1 - Uncharted : Drake's Fortune

Platinum Difficulty Rating - 6/10

This list is incredibly basic, and is almost entirely made up of cumulative, kill based trophies and collectables.

There are a small selection of trophies for beating the game on the various difficulties, and although these trophies are stackable, you still have to beat the game once to unlock Crushing difficulty, so 2 play-throughs is a bare minimum.

Speaking of which, tbe "Charted! - Crushing" trophy, for finishing the game in crushing mode, can be quite a solid challenge at times, especially towards the end of the game, but across the relatively short story mode, there is generally nothing too tasking on the whole, and you still expect to beat it on the top difficulty in around 10-12 hours in total.

Most of the other trophies are pretty straight forward, apart from some of the treasure-related trophies, which will make things slightly tougher. The "Master Fortune Hunter" trophy, for finding 60 treasures, can feel like a bit of a scavenger hunt, even whilst using a guide, courtesy of some very well hidden treasures in certain locations. The treasure related trophies come thick and fast, which is a nice spur on incentive as you aim for all 60 in the entire game, and you do get the added benefit of being able to still go back and collect any missing treasures via chapter select aswell. This means there's no pressure to collect all of them in one play-through, and the mop up is a stress free experience that won't have you replaying large portions of the game for the ones that you may have missed first time round.

There are also a host of kill based, cumulative trophies, which easily make up about 75% of the list, and are also incredibly easy to achieve, especially with the aid of the aforementioned chapter select option. There is quite a diverse amount of variety in these trophies, with the game covering practically every weapon and game mechanic, but the kill requirements for each weapon and situation are kept in a tidy perspective (higher kills required for more popular weapons, lesser kills required for more obscure ones). This avoids frustrations and any unnecessary grinding towards the end.

Even with the necessary 2 play-throughs, you're still looking at a sub 25 hour Platinum. Crushing difficulty can present problems that might cause slight difficulty spikes here and there, but it generally isn't too demanding and, ultimately, is the greatest height to which this whole list reaches in terms of overall difficulty.

Even the rest of the trophy list, which is mostly cumulative, kill based trophies and collectibles, can be farmed through the chapter select, so it's just a matter of finding an enemy hotspot and racking up the kills in no time. It makes for a fairly relaxed Platinum on the whole, but still provides a stern challenge in some areas to at least keep you on your toes.
