Use rebirth to start again! (Gold)
The online level cap is raised from 40 to 50 with the Rapture Metro Pack, and introduces a trophy for the new "Reincarnation" mode (Esentially prestige mode from Call of Duty where you lose your weapons and rank to start all over).
If you're prepared to go the extra mile after reaching level 40 for the Platinum, the gold trophy is a nice incentive. Is it worth it for having your weapons and rank reset? The answer seems obvious for trophy hunters, but you might want to see for any future DLC first. You'll also be looking at a decent length to make the jump from 40 to 50, with 15-20 hours being a rough estimate.
There are also 2 other trophies in the pack for playing and winning a game on each of the 6 new maps, but they never come into rotation because there are always people playing without the DLC, and without a DLC only play-list, you're gonna want to get an organised group together for those 2 trophies. A bit of a shame really, because some of the maps are really nice to play on, but that's how it is, so get looking for a group!
