The bulk of the difficulty of this game comes from the Multiplayer side, with a variety of difficult and time consuming trophies making up this part of the list.
The "For England, James?" trophy awarded for earning over 100,000 credits, is the probably the toughest part of the whole list. This is just essentially the games version of online experience points, and earning enough for the trophy does take a considerable amount of time, and is close to being as lengthy as achieving every other trophy in the list collectively.
These credits will also be used towards the "Chemin de Fer" trophy, for unlocking and purchasing all weapons, grenades, attachments, gadgets and golden weapons. The total cost of everything is around 90,000 credits, so you can unlock this trophy on your way towards 100,000, and there are individual trophies along the way relating to each of the categories individually, which act as a nice spur on incentive.
You also have the "Yes. Considerably" trophy, earned for playing 100 matches, which explains itself, although there are certain game modes that are alot quicker to finish than others, if you're inclined to knock off the total quickly. However, you'll most likely need more than 100 matches to amass 100,000 credits anyway, so it doesn't really matter how you approach this trophy.
To top it off, the "A measure of comfort" trophy, awarded for eliminating 1000 players across all game modes, is also very self explanatory, but again, will most likely come before you hit 100,000 credits anyway.

The game eases up considerably for the single player portion, and is composed mostly of progression based trophies, as you complete the various chapters though-out the game. There are also alot of chapter specific trophies too, requiring you to pull off certain actions within a range of the games levels.
The only gold trophy in the single player contribution, the "The Name is Bond, James Bond", awarded for completing the game on 007 difficulty, isn't exactly as tough as it might seem. There are a couple parts that can be tricky to get around, but the story is short and mostly trouble free. The other difficulty trophies will also stack too, so you can afford to go into 007 mode straight away, and unlock all 4 of the difficulty themed trophies in one go, if you're up to it.
Collectibles also make an appearance, with "The World is Not Enough" trophy, and the "Thunderball" trophy, being achieved by collecting all cell phones and all power weapons respectively. They're all quite easy to find, due to the games very linear gameplay paths, but you can always drop back into chapter select for any remaining items needed for either trophy, which makes things alot easier.
Despite how easy the single player offering of trophies are in general, it's the online portion of this list that definitely brings out the challenge that this Platinum presents. Amassing the 100,000 credits required is what you essentially will always be working towards, and even though are some other fairly time consuming trophies, you'll be unlocking these on your way towards that magic number anyway.
You're probably looking at around 30 hours to finish everything the online part has to offer in total, and an extra 15-20 hours for everything pertaining to the single player mode, depending on what you need to go back and finish up on.
