Practically every trophy in this list can be achieved through natural progression, with a huge array of trophies for discovering various locations, beating a handful of the games bosses, levelling up and completing missions.
The progression based trophies will take you right through from the beginning to the end of the main story arc, with trophies awarded for killing all of the games bosses and discovering a variety of key locations throughout the game.
The "Made in Fyrestone" and "Made in New Haven" trophies, awarded for completing all missions in the Arid Badlands and Rust Commons, respectively, will ensure that you explore every area of the map and complete every challenge the game throws at you, but none of the missions are particularly hard, and they mostly boil down to typical fetch and return quests and defeating hordes of enemies.
On the subject of progression, there are also a series of trophies tied into levelling up your character, with a total of 6 trophies awarded for hitting certain milestones between levels 5 and 50.
The "Ding! Champion" trophy, awarded for reaching level 50, is the most time consuming trophy in the game, and you'll need around a full play-through and probably a quarter of a second play-through in order to get to this milestone, though that does depend on a variety of factors, including the quantity of quests you manage to finish (though given the fact you need to beat every quest in the game if you want the Platinum, you'll finish all of them anyway), how many enemies you kill and how many challenges you manage to complete. The trophy list does promote all of these though, so if you're gunning for the Platinum especially, that sort of time-scale is a fair projection.
There are a small selection of co-op related trophies too, which are very easy to achieve for the most part, even though you do need to turn in 15 missions in co-op mode for the "There's no "I" in team" trophy, which will require a slightly longer time investment than the rest of them. You don't need to finish 15 missions with the same partner though, so you can dip into and out of games at leisure and just complete the missions as and when you need them.
There are also a small collection of trophies that will require you to experiment with the 4 characters in the game, and earn 15 kills with each of their respective action skills. You unlock a characters skill at level 5 and it can be a bit of a pain having to start the game over a further 3 times in order to get the 4 character specific trophies. It'll take about an hour per character, which does turn out to be slightly grindy eventually.
Most of the other trophies in the list are extremely straight forward. There are some clever secret trophies, with cultural references thrown about everywhere, and a fair selection of throw-away trophies that will take no more than a few moments to collect.
All in all, this Platinum is mostly about the length. There is a generous amount of progression based and cumulative kill based trophies, which make up the vast majority of the list, and simply makes it a matter of just beating everything the game has to offer, and then finishing up the rest wherever necessary. None of the co-op trophies are any trouble either, and the toughest this Platinum gets is simply through the fact you'll need more than 1 Playthrough to achieve enough experience to be able to hit level 50.
In total, you're probably looking at around 50-60 hours to beat everything on offer in this list, but the difficulty is minimal, and if you've got a mate to go through it all with, it's even easier than if you do it alone.
