Most of them just revolve around completing the trials, with a small stack of progression related trophies for reaching 6, 18 and finally, 36 stars (Which is the maximum number available, with 3 stars per trial and 12 trials to go through).
It might seem hard reaching the maximum amount, since you need to 3 star every trial, but it is incredibly easy to fight off enemies and the rewards in terms of money to buy supplies are dropped in abundance.
There is a trophy for earning an A rank in every trial, which is graded on your overall score, but again, isn't exactly challenging. You even get access to a series of a hidden trials after you've finished everything else, which come with the reward of the only hidden trophy if you manage to complete them all.....They give you every weapon and Hypo unlocked and just essentially allow you to go mental, so it's even easier than the other trophies.
You can blast through everything quite easily within a few hours. Trophy lists seldom get much easier than what's presented here.
